Send a deletion request
This page is the external account/data-deletion resource for Dukkan and Dafter, provided by MNF (MNFCode), Palestine. You may request the whole account or selected personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app or purchase a plan to request deletion.
- Email support@mnfcode.com from the address registered to your app account.
- Use the subject “Account deletion — Dukkan” or “Account deletion — Dafter”. If both apps are affected, say so.
- Say whether you want the whole account or particular data deleted, and identify the business/account if you use more than one. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
- We verify ownership through your existing account or registered email, then confirm the scope and completion. If you lost email access, explain that to support so we can arrange proportionate verification.
The button opens your email app; the request is submitted only when you send that email. You can also copy the address and write from any email service. No deletion is performed merely by visiting this page.
What is deleted, and what may remain
Whole-account deletion removes the account profile, authentication association and associated personal data/records under our control, except specific lawful retention explained to you. Selected-data deletion removes the agreed items without pretending that the entire account was deleted. Shared business ownership and retained attribution must be resolved for the particular request; they do not automatically exempt all records from deletion.
- Account and synchronized business records: retained while needed to provide the active account and the features you use, unless you delete them sooner.
- Verified account/data deletion requests: we delete the requested personal data from active systems within 30 days. We verify ownership using the existing account or registered email; do not send passwords or identity documents.
- Residual copies in service-operated backups expire within 90 days after deletion from active systems. Access is restricted and these copies are not used for normal operations. If a backup is restored, deletion must be reapplied before the restored data is used.
- Legal exceptions: information specifically required by applicable law, a valid legal hold, or a documented fraud/security investigation may be retained only as necessary for that purpose. We explain applicable exceptions and restrict use; they are not a blanket reason to keep the whole account.
- Google Drive/iCloud files, exported statements, shared documents, and copies on your devices are separate. You must remove copies you control, including provider trash or recently deleted folders. Deleting an app account does not automatically delete those independent files.
Before and after deletion
- Export records you need. Deletion is not reversible after completion.
- Cancel future Apple/Google subscription renewals separately. You can still request immediate account deletion without waiting for the paid period to end.
- Remove your own Drive/iCloud backups and local/exported/shared copies if you want them deleted too. Revoking a cloud connection alone does not erase an existing backup.
- Apps with accounts must also provide an in-app deletion entry point. This website request does not replace that implementation.
